Indicator locked to price or free to move

If the indicator cannot be moved vertically, it means Track Price mode is enabled. To unlock it, disable Track Price either by clicking the T icon on the indicator in the chart or from the Trade tab by clicking the Track Price button.
Track Price is automatically enabled when the indicator is created close to the current market price. If the indicator is created farther away from the current price, Track Price is disabled by default, assuming the user may be preparing a pending order rather than a market entry.
